Wednesday be inspired

Hello again It is time for the Wednesday Be Inspired over at the Cuttlebug Challenge blog today. We are doing a whole week of more cuttlebug embossing folders that will be showcased at CHA is just a few days!! Today we used the Victoria folder..Such a beautiful folder.



Here is the project I created...using a cookie tin I saved.

I started by covering my tin is some pretty patterned paper. I just love this Cosmo Cricket paper.
Then I started layering all the elements on. I embossed the large oval with the Victoria folder...so pretty.

Here you can see a close up of the flower cluster and chipboard.


The top of the container I covered also. I embossed the yellow circle with the Victoria folder. Then I layered more patterned papers and flower embellishments to the top.


I just love this embossing folder. It is one of my favorite folders out of the new release. Don't forget to stop by the Cuttlebug Challenge blog to see what the rest of the desgn team has created. I gotta tell you, they all created such Amazing projects for you this week!!

Wednesday Cuttlebug Be inspired!!

Well, Wednesday is here! That means an all new day filled with inspiration from the design team over on the Cuttlebug Challenge blog. It is so fun to be able to show you the all new folders coming from Cuttlebug at CHA this summer.

This week in addition to using a specific folder we used a sketch by Maggie our blog owner. It is fantastic!! The folder we used is the Herringbone folder. I am so impressed by the deep embossing I achieve with this folder...AMAZING!! Wanna see? Here is my card I created for this weeks challenge.

Fix it and forget it!!

I have been having some technical difficulties....so frustrating! My computer just does not want to cooperate with me lately. every time I try and upload a picture the computer crashes....AHHH! What is going on?! This just started happening out of the clear blue...I guess the computer felt that I didn't have enough things going on, right?! Well, anyway enough of my ranting. On to some things I have been up to.

Here we go.


Here is a layout I created using some paper from October Afternoon. Love this paper...wish I could get more of it. My little guy still loves his Plopper puppy.

This layout of my boys is made using some paper from Bo Bunny..Seems like I am always attracted to their products. I just love it all!! This Line is called U Bug Me....So cute! Just perfect for boy pages.

Some more Bo Bunny Love...this line is called Abbey Road...delish!!


Here is a Halloween layout I did of my son using some Basic Grey papers. Another great Manufacturer..

Cuttlebug BE INSPIRED!!

Hello Hello!! Welcome to my blog. I am so glad you stopped by today. Today is the day for the cuttlebug BE INSPIRED!! WOOHOO!! Love it! There is always so much inspiration by the veru talented ladies I get to be a part of. This Wednesday we are using a formula. So easy and fun, there is colors to use, animals and even nature. Here is a preview of what I made.....

A big day ahead!!

So I have made the decision to start exercising. No more excuses!! I need to get healthy and am tired of making excuses. So we took the plunge and purchased our very own treadmill.


Here is a picture of it. It has 12 programs on it and those arms give you an upper body workout as well...if you want. It also has an incline up to 10% so you can burn more calories in less time....YES!! Who doesn't want to burn more calories??

So I am excited to be begining my journey to a healthier body and lifestyle. I will keep you posted every now and then as to how I am doing.

Happy 4th Of JULY!!

Hope you are having a wonderful weekend!! This post is not going to be long. I just wanted to check in and say Happy 4th of July!

These were taken last night of some fireworks my boys were doing... My shutter speed was obviously toooo slow...LOL!! Kinda a cool effect though.
