Blast from the past Blog Hop

Hello friends! It is time for the Taylored Expressions blast from the past blog hop! This month we are GOING GREEN!  And if you are in need of a little creative boost check out this great sketch!

I used this sketch as a jumping off point for altering this little composition book.

This little book transformed to this..

I used the Boys will be Boys stamp set.  This set is so much fun!  Sticking with the GREEN theme I used some papers from Basic Grey that had some green in them and were also masculine.  I colored the ties with Copics in Y11, G14 and B04. I also distressed the edges with some black ink.

Here is the inside of the book.  This sweet sentiment is also from the Boys will be Boys stamp set.  I used Distress inks in Broken china and Shabby Shutters to cover the page, then I stamped the sentiment on top using black Momento ink.
